✦ Rosemary is traditionally used to ease strain muscles, soothe aches and restore vitality. It is a wonderful stimulant, increasing blood flow to areas lacking.

✦ Cayenne delivers capsaicin, a potent compound that awakens circulation and draws warming blood flow to areas of tension. Its gentle, radiant heat builds slowly and penetrates deeply, offering sustained relief to fatigued muscles.
