Monthly Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Lazuli Remedies Monthly Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. No purchase is necessary to enter.

3. Promotion Period

Each monthly draw opens on the 1st and closes at 23:59 GMT/BST on the last day of the calendar month. A new draw opens on the 1st of the following month.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  1. Follow @lazuliremedies on Instagram or TikTok.
  2. Post a photo or video sharing their order or products on their public Instagram or TikTok account.
  3. Include the hashtag #LazuliRemedies so we can see it

One entry per person per month. Entries must be made during the Promotion Period to be valid. 

To enter without a purchase or social media account, email hello@lazuliremedies with your name and 'Monthly Giveaway Entry' in the subject line during the Promotion Period.

5. Prize

One winner per month will receive a Lazuli Remedies gift card to the value of £40. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 5 working days of the closing date. The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered through. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner will be selected.

7. User-Generated Content & License

By entering, participants grant Lazuli Remedies a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to repost, share, and use their entry content (photo/video and caption) on Lazuli Remedies’ social media channels and marketing materials, with credit given where possible. Participants confirm they own the rights to the content submitted.

8. Data Protection

Personal data collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely to administer the draw and notify the winner. Data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

9. General

Lazuli Remedies reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Promotion at any time. This Promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Instagram or TikTok. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
